By accessing the ppgame platform, creating a user account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you represent and confirm that:
Continued use of ppgame services following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using ppgame immediately and request a withdrawal of any remaining account balance.

Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ppgame employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, ppgame reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and confiscate any bonuses claimed.
Before withdrawals are enabled on a ppgame account, the Player must complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or Philippine National ID). A selfie holding the ID may also be required for liveness verification. ppgame processes verification submissions within twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgame login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any OTP codes with any third party. ppgame will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. You agree to notify ppgame immediately through the official live chat channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ppgame shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
ppgame accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment method is registered to a person other than the account holder — are prohibited and will be flagged for AML review.

Each game available on ppgame is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics.
All random number generator (RNG) games available on ppgame are provided by certified third-party game studios and are independently tested for fairness and statistical compliance. ppgame does not operate proprietary RNG game engines. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return as certified by the respective game studio.
In the event of a game malfunction, server error, disconnection, or other technical failure that interrupts a game round, ppgame will attempt to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where restoration is not possible, any wager involved in the affected round will be refunded to the Player's account balance. ppgame shall not be liable for any consequential losses claimed to have arisen from a technical malfunction.
Game results displayed on the ppgame platform are final once confirmed by the game server. If a Player disputes a result, they must notify ppgame support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed round. ppgame will conduct a review of server logs and game records. The outcome of ppgame's internal review is final and binding.

Upon termination for a material breach, ppgame may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their ppgame account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's verified payment method after applicable verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the ppgame platform.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to resolve disputes through ppgame's internal complaint process. Complaints may be submitted through the official ppgame live chat support channel. ppgame will acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
ppgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy.
Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players by at least one of the following methods: a notice displayed on the ppgame platform upon login, an email to the registered account address, or a notification via the in-account messaging system. The date on which amendments take effect will be stated in the notice.
Continued use of the ppgame platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using ppgame and may request withdrawal of their account balance before the effective date.
