ppgame Terms & Conditions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated ppgame policies:

By accessing the ppgame platform, creating a user account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you represent and confirm that:

• You have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are accessing the ppgame platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted, and you are not located in any territory where your use of ppgame would constitute a breach of local law.
• You accept that ppgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with amendments taking effect as described in Section 16 of this document.

Continued use of ppgame services following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using ppgame immediately and request a withdrawal of any remaining account balance.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ppgame account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of ppgame or any of its affiliated game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ppgame, whether through voluntary self-exclusion or ppgame-initiated closure.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion registry or similar national self-exclusion program.

ppgame reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

To access real-money services on ppgame, you must complete the registration process and submit to KYC verification. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register and hold only one (1) ppgame account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ppgame employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, ppgame reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and confiscate any bonuses claimed.

Before withdrawals are enabled on a ppgame account, the Player must complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or Philippine National ID). A selfie holding the ID may also be required for liveness verification. ppgame processes verification submissions within twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgame login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any OTP codes with any third party. ppgame will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. You agree to notify ppgame immediately through the official live chat channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ppgame shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

ppgame accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment method is registered to a person other than the account holder — are prohibited and will be flagged for AML review.

• Accepted deposit channels include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the ppgame cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your ppgame account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to two (2) hours depending on the sending institution.
• ppgame does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency other than Philippine Peso (PHP), or any form of credit not issued by a Philippine financial institution.
• All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts as required by PAGCOR regulation and are not commingled with ppgame's operating funds.
• ppgame reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of deposited funds in compliance with AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) requirements.

ppgame processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts in a timely manner. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Players:

• Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where ppgame support approves an alternative method in writing.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed with a target completion time of under thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within the same business day.
• ppgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds, in compliance with AMLC obligations.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in the bonus portion being forfeited automatically.
• ppgame may delay or refuse a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a potential AML concern. The Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the ppgame cashier at the time of the request.

ppgame offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other incentive programs to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's account in a separate bonus balance. Real-money winnings derived from bonus wagering are subject to the applicable wagering requirement multiplier before they become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in their respective terms. Expired bonuses, along with any associated winnings generated from them, are automatically forfeited.
• ppgame reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it determines that a Player has exploited a promotional offer, engaged in bonus abuse, created multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise acted in bad faith.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• ppgame reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of bona fide wagers already placed under those terms.

Each game available on ppgame is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics.

All random number generator (RNG) games available on ppgame are provided by certified third-party game studios and are independently tested for fairness and statistical compliance. ppgame does not operate proprietary RNG game engines. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return as certified by the respective game studio.

In the event of a game malfunction, server error, disconnection, or other technical failure that interrupts a game round, ppgame will attempt to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where restoration is not possible, any wager involved in the affected round will be refunded to the Player's account balance. ppgame shall not be liable for any consequential losses claimed to have arisen from a technical malfunction.

Game results displayed on the ppgame platform are final once confirmed by the game server. If a Player disputes a result, they must notify ppgame support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed round. ppgame will conduct a review of server logs and game records. The outcome of ppgame's internal review is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppgame platform. ppgame reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — against any Player found to have engaged in:

• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, disputed, or unauthorized payment methods to fund a ppgame account.
• Money Laundering: Using ppgame to process, conceal, or convert proceeds of criminal activity. ppgame reports suspicious activity to AMLC as required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on ppgame.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other automated system to place bets on ppgame without express prior written approval.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Exploiting pricing errors, odds discrepancies, or promotional offer structures in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, impersonating another person, or providing falsified KYC documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one ppgame account, whether personally or through proxies.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing ppgame support staff, live dealer hosts, or other Players through any communication channel on the platform.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer game logic, or otherwise circumvent ppgame's platform security.

ppgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a financial strategy, or a means to recover previous losses.

ppgame provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all verified account holders at no charge through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified continuous play duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ppgame. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ppgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing regulations. By registering a ppgame account, you consent to ppgame's collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and delivery of platform services. You may exercise your data rights — including access, correction, and deletion — through the contact channels specified in Section 17.

All content on the ppgame platform — including but not limited to the ppgame brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ppgame or its licensed game suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ppgame platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ppgame content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any ppgame intellectual property.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ppgame software or game engine.
• Use any ppgame brand assets for commercial or promotional purposes outside the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ppgame's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppgame expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the ppgame platform.
• Losses attributable to Force Majeure events as defined in Section 1.
• Losses arising from a Player's own breach of these Terms or failure to safeguard account credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network outages, or regulatory compliance actions.
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third-party game suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ppgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

ppgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as listed in Section 9.
• Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• The Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

Upon termination for a material breach, ppgame may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ppgame account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's verified payment method after applicable verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the ppgame platform.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to resolve disputes through ppgame's internal complaint process. Complaints may be submitted through the official ppgame live chat support channel. ppgame will acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

ppgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy.

Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players by at least one of the following methods: a notice displayed on the ppgame platform upon login, an email to the registered account address, or a notification via the in-account messaging system. The date on which amendments take effect will be stated in the notice.

Continued use of the ppgame platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using ppgame and may request withdrawal of their account balance before the effective date.
